Smart SIM Card Registration Link - Register Online 2024

 The registration of all Smart network SIM Cards begins on December 27, 2022. In compliance of the law, Smart Communications release their official website registration link to cater customers who wants to register their SIM card online. This include mobile SIM users, wireless broadband, prepaid modems, Smart Bro and other devices that uses telco SIM required services such as calls, text and internet data.

Youe have until April 26, 2023 to complete the registration of all your Smart SIM cards. An additional 120 days might be added to the registration period. Failure to comply may result to automatic deactivation. Please don't follow link below for online registration.

  1. Go to their online registration website link https://simreg.smart.com.ph/
  2. Enter your Mobile number and Tick the box after you have read the Terms and Conditions.
  3. Click the send OTP, and you will receive the One time Pin on your mobile.
  4. Enter the OTP and your information required then attach a copy of your valid ID. 

Smart ID Requirements to register

You can upload one of the following Id’s:

  • Passport;
  • Philippine Identification;
  • Social Security System ID;
  • Government Service Insurance System E-Card;
  • Driver’s License;
  • National Bureau of Investigation Clearance;
  • Police Clearance;
  • Firearms’ License to Own and Posses ID;
  • Professional Regulation Commission ID;
  • Integrated Bar of the Philippines ID;
  • Overseas Workers Welfare Administration ID;
  • Bureau of Internal Revenue ID;
  • Voter’s ID;
  • Citizen’s Card;
  • Unified Multi-purpose Identification Card;
  • Person with Disabilities Card; or 17. Other valid government-issued ID with a Photo

Save your control number for future reference. You will be notified if your registration is successful.

For Smart Bro and PLDT Home Prepaid Wifi Users

You need to access you modem's dashboard by typing 192.168.1.1 on your browser to retrieve the PIN inside your modem dashboard inbox.

Businesses or organizations requirements:

  • Business name
  • Business address
  • Full name of authorized signatory

You can register more that one Smart SIM card under your name, just make sure to follow the process. Don't forget to screenshot the reference number after you successfully register your SIM.
