The Globe Sim Card Registration portal new.globe.com.ph/simreg was launched on December 27th 2023. This is to compy with the SIM Registration Act in the Philippines, Globe has launched its online SIM Registration portal to allow their millions of subscribers to register their sim cards.

You can the Globe SIM card registration steps below to register your SIM via their web portal.

  1. Go to official Globe sim card registration link new.globe.com.ph/simreg.
  2. Input your 10-digit mobile number and click the register button.
  3. You will receive a OTP text message on your mobile phone using the mobile number you entered.
  4. Input the 6-digit OTP on the registration portal.
  5. Fill up the sim registration form with the following details (name, birthday, gender, address, and nationality).
  6. Take a clear selfie photo then upload it then the attach button to upload a copy of your valid government id.
  7. Nex, tick the checkbox to agree with Globes privacy notice, attestation of completeness and accuracy, marketing and promotional permission, and data sharing.
  8. Click the Submit button to complete the registration process.

A reference number will be displayed on your screen, keep the reference number as proof of registration.

Globe SIM registration for Home Prepaid Wifi

To register your Globe At Home Prepaid WiFi SIM card you can follow the same steps from No.1 to 2 then you need to access you modem dashboard to retrieve the OTP.

Access you modem by following these instruction:

  1. Connect to your Globe at Home WiFi network
  2. Open you web browser (Google Chrome). Type http: //192.168.254.254/ on the URL address bar to access the modem dashboard.
  3. Click log-in  and provide the username and password found at the back of the modem.
  4. Go to Inbox and check for OTP PIN message. 
  5. Afterwards go back to the Globe SIM card registration link portal page and then enter the 6-digit OTP PIN.

Proceed to step no.4 above to continue and complete your registration

The next screen contains the reference number, keep it as proof of registration.

Any of the following IDs and documents, Passport Voter’s, ID Driver’s License, Philippine Identification, Police Clearance, Overseas Workers Welfare Administration ID, Firearms License to Own and Possess ID, Senior Citizen’s Card, Social Security System ID, Professional Regulation Commission ID, Unified Multi-purpose Identification Card, Government Service Insurance System E-Card, Integrated Bar of the Philippines ID, A person with Disabilities Card, and Other valid IDs with photoID Card Number
